This Cole Vanguard is actually a Royal Safari made by the Royal McBee Corperation. The parent company of Royal McBee, at the time, was Litton Industries, who also aquired the Cole-Steel Line in the 1960s. Litton used the Cole name to apparently market the Safari though different channels.
